What if my lights go out during the holiday season?
When you purchase our lights, we guarantee they will work! If several bulbs go out, you call us and we will replace them. If a strand stops working, call us and we will come replace it. All FREE of charge. We feel this is a peace of mind knowing that if your light display stops working, we will have someone out to fix it within a reasonable time. The only circumstances that we do not cover and have a service charge for is: Natural causes (Wind, snow, hail, rain), damage due to humans or animals.
Do you guarantee ALL types of your Christmas Lights?
We guarantee most of our lights. Normally we do not hang icicle lights. If we do provide you with these lights, they do not come with our warranty. Also, we do not cover incandescent mini lights. If a strand of mini lights go out we will replace at the cost of the customer. We DO guarantee ALL of our LED line of lights as well as the larger bulb incandescent lights.
What geographic areas do you offer Christmas light installation services in?
We offer Christmas lights and decoration installation services throughout the Dallas and surrounding Areas. Some cities serviced include Dallas, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Frisco, Garland, Richardson, Rockwall and Carrollton. Call to see if your city is included.
I have lights and decorations the I have previously purchased, will you install these for us?
Unfortunately we find that most people own retail grade lights and decorations from big box retailers. Because we stand behind everything we install, we insist on only working with top quality professional and commercial grade Christmas lights and decor.
Are the lights and decorations you offer the same type of product that they sell at big box retail stores?
No, what you see at places such as WalMart, Lowes and Home Depot are considered retail grade Christmas products. These are lower cost lights and decorations that typically do not hold up well in demanding applications where quality and longevity are critical. As a result, we only use Pro Grade, also known as Commercial Grade, Christmas lights and decorations
Do you offer installation services for residential homes?
Yes, we do offer installation services for both residential and commercial properties. Unfortunately, we are not able to take accounts that are less than $650 for homes that are more than 1 story. 1 story houses are bid on a one by one basis.
What color of LED lights do you carry?
Many people think of LED lights and think of the bluish tinted lights. LED Christmas lighting has come a long way in the last 5 years. They make almost any color you can think of in LED. A lot of customers request Warm White which resembles the traditional white color.
How does the take down process work and is this included in the price?
Yes, take down is included in the price. We begin our take down process after Jan 2. When we remove your lights, a map is drawn of your house with the light configuration and saved in our “mapbook”. Once we get your lights down, they are packaged into a bin for you to store for next year. We begin calling in early October. You will leave the bin on the front porch and we take care of the rest.
